Broadcast Intern:

Jam Vibes Broadcasting Network (JVBN) seeks applications from qualified individuals who want

to be a part of a team to provide good clean (family friendly) content for the nation. Want to work

in an interesting field and be a part of a team to make a difference in the world? Consider joining us

by acting as a Jam Vibes Broadcasting Network intern. The internship plays a key role in

supporting the efforts of JVBN and allows for a variety of learning and networking opportunities.

We can adjust the duties of this role to meet the needs, skills and learning objectives of the

individual(s) selected for this position. Intern(s) can expect to learn the following during their time

at JVBN:

Learning Objectives:

• Broadcast traffic scheduling

• Social media management

• Outreach and public engagement

• Show production

• Capture video

• Capture audio, Video and audio editing

• May perform other related duties as required and assigned

   Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in communications, public relations, public

   administration or similar major preferred

• High moral standards

• Good organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work well with a team

• Willingness to learn and try new things
